JC has established seven primary subcommittees.  Each subcommittee addresses pressing issues, and includes human trafficking, prevention, child welfare, education, juvenile justice, mental health, and homelessness.  These areas allow focused efforts on the concerns most prevalent to Jefferson County residents and service providers.  Many of the committees have garnered the attention of officials around the state as innovative and progressive.

If you are interested in obtaining more information about a committee or how you can become involved, please contact Lindsey Jones at ljones@co.jefferson.co.us or 303-271-4372.  Subcommittees are always open to the public so please stop by and become a part of the collaborative work happening in the county.
